Kaleb took the hook and climbed out of the vehicle. He ran to where Tabet had fallen into the water.

The Ma'ldema R'he began to get up, but it was difficult for it, since it now only had its right side made of ice.

Kaleb began to strike at the Ma'ldema R'he with the sharp blade of the hook. The beast of darkness didn't seem very affected by the blows, because despite them it raised its ice arm and attacked the boy.

Kaleb barely dodged but the Ma'ldema R'he quickly plunged its arm into the ground and ejected hundreds of razor sharp spikes of ice. The boy tried to avoid them, but they continued to appear in front of him making him change direction.

He suddenly realized that it had him at a very close range. The Ma'ldema R'he was using this move to lock him in, but he realized it too late.

Kaleb saw it raise the huge arm of ice again, with nowhere to run. The boy believed that this would be the end of him.

Suddenly, behind the Ma'ldema R'he, Tabet jumped from behind it, and in a swift motion fell in front of the monster, tearing the ice plate that covered its face.

The monster let out a scream and covered its face.

Tabet fell into the ice prison where Kaleb was.

Tabet helped Kaleb to his feet. They quickly began to climb the ice to get out but it was extremely slippery, especially for Kaleb.

The Ma'ldema R'he, integrated once again, seeing them unable to escape the ice, raised its arm and in one quick movement froze them both. Then it raised its arm again and attacked.
